Strengths and Needs Consultation

Colored pencils arranged in a circular pattern with tips pointing inward.

A structured, in-depth review of your child's world — how they learn, how they feel, how they manage daily life, and how home and school interact for them. It draws on validated screening tools alongside your account as a family and, centrally, your child's own account of their experience.

Ongoing Support Sessions

Building on the findings of the Strengths & Needs Consultation, this is individually designed support for your young person and for you as parents. I’ll support you all to develop practical strategies, a clearer understanding of what your child needs, and the confidence to advocate effectively for them.

Revision Kickstart

Teenage boy studying at a desk with open books, a notebook, sticky notes, and glasses.

A focused, flexible programme for teenagers who are struggling to get started or who are putting in effort without seeing results. It combines practical coaching, therapeutic tools and psychoeducation on how memory and learning work, so that young people leave with a concrete plan as well as feeling more empowered, optimistic and motivated.

Life Skills for Uni

For neurodivergent young people, the jump to living and learning independently, can be the hardest transition of all.

This package helps your teen to break it down into manageable, learnable parts, including: organising study and managing time, keeping on top of a living space, cooking and meal planning on a student budget, knowing what to do when things go wrong, and navigating the social landscape of student life.
